Cancellation policy
To cancel an advertisement purchased from RentBeep, you must contact customer support by e-mail, using the contact form on http://www.rentbeep.com/contact-us or e-mailing cancellation@rentbeep.com, within one hour of the purchase of the advertisement. When contacting us to cancel an order, please provide your name, the ad URL, and your complete contact information.
Refund policy
Due to the nature of the advertising and rental business, RentBeep.com LLC (RentBeep) generally does not offer refunds. All goods and services sold by RentBeep are sold as-is without any guarantee of pageviews, users or the rental of a property.
In the event the the RentBeep classifieds service fails to function as promised for any period of time longer than two hours per incident, and such malfunction is either known by RentBeep and/or is documented by any RentBeep customer, RentBeep may extend the expiration date of affected advertisements by one calendar day per calendar day affected by the malfunction.
RentBeep reserves the right to provide full or partial refunds to customers if customer contacts RentBeep with a complaint or concern and the customer and RentBeep agree that such a refund is the fairest way to resolve the issue. Such refunds will generally be offered only when customer meets the following requirements:
- The issue(s) concern the first ad(s) purchased by the customer from RentBeep
- The property/ies in question have been successfully rented by other means, and such rental can be documented by customer
- The ad(s) were accompanied by photo(s) of adequate visual quality that clearly and fairly illustrate the rental property
- The customer contacts RentBeep before the ad expires
