The minimum standard prices for advertisements on RentBeep.com are:

  • Rental housing ad, 40-day standard term: $25.00, with optional features and add-ons that could cause the total price per advertisement to increase to $50.00.
  • Commercial property ad, 40-day standard term: $50.00, with optional features and add-ons that could cause the total price per advertisement to increase to $75.00.
  • Vacation rental ad, 100-day standard term: $75.00, with optional features and add-ons that could cause the total price per advertisement to increase to $100.00.
  • Roommate ad, 30-day standard term: $10.00, with optional features and add-ons that could cause the total price per advertisement to increase to $35.00.

Ads renewed after the initial term may be offered at a discounted rate.

Volume discounts are available for multiple ads purchased within a single transaction.

RentBeep may, at its option, issue coupon or promotional discount codes that reduce the effective price of advertisements by as much as 75%. Such codes may be displayed in advertising and marketing materials, including e-mail newsletters and other customer communications.

Pricing is subject to change without notice, although RentBeep will make good-faith efforts to provide notice and notification of any pricing changes.
